Hauxton Juntion is were the River Granta and the River Rhee join.
It is at this point that the River Cam starts.
This is the most productive yet underfished section of our river.
Specimen Chub, Perch and Pike all inhabit this section.
It is a very long walk from the car park to this section of river.
This section would suit the angler who travels light and would target the Chub and occasional Bream.
It produces good fish to the Lure in the summer.
